Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Brute. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include original packaging and any promotional items included

  • Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Items that are opened or used

  • Items returned without authorization

  • Final sale items (if stated on product page)


🚫 Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged product

  • Packaging & shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or full refund right away.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original product and place a new order.
