To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in its original condition
Include original packaging and any promotional items included
Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds cannot be provided for:
Items that are opened or used
Items returned without authorization
Final sale items (if stated on product page)
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
The damaged product
Packaging & shipping label
We will arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
